All image analysis was performed with the Imaging Toolbox of the MATLAB software from Math Works, Inc.
As part of future development, we also plan to incorporate structural visualization tools such as Mutation Position Imaging Toolbox (MuPIT) [Niknafs et al., 2013] and data visualization tools like SGVizler [Skjæveland, 2012].
It can also provide a formatted submission file for mutation Position Imaging Toolbox (muPIT) interactive (N.Niknafs et al., submitted for publication), allowing users to visualize variants interactively in 3D, together with position-specific annotations.
