Launched in October 2012, the British Library's moving image services provide access to nearly a million sound and moving image items onsite, supported by data for over 20 million sound and moving image recordings.
"Leisure activities" is reflected in LupusPRO item "kinds of tasks or activities I could perform", while "weight gain", "looking sick" are captured in LupusPRO body image items on "appearance changes".
The VSP-A comprises 36 items assessing the following constructs: psychological well-being (5 items), physical well-being (4 items), body image (2 items), vitality (5 items), relationship with friends (5 items), relationship with parents (4 items), relationship with teachers (3 items), sentimental and sexual life (2 items), leisure activities (4 items) and school performance (2 items) [ 28- 34].
MMQL-AF consists of 46 items and is composed of the following seven subscales physical functioning (9 items); cognitive functioning (9 items); psychological functioning (9 items); body image (6 items); social functioning (6 items); outlook on life (3 items); and human relationships (4 items).
It is a multi-dimensional scale which assesses nine dimensions of quality of life in dementia: Care Relationship (7 items), Positive Affect (6 items), Negative Affect (3 items), Restless Tense Behaviour (3 items), Positive Self Image (3 items), Social Relations (6 items), Social Isolation (3 items), Feeling at Home (items) and Having Something to Do (2 items).
We hypothesized a measurement model consisting of seven first-order factors: restrictive behaviors (6 items), body image (8 items), social relations (5 items), mental health (9 items), emotional role (4 items), physical role (4 items), and personality traits (4 items).

In test 2, table IRequestImagingExam in the ARM database was queried using one SQL clause; however, in the IV database, three corresponding tables (Imaging Exam Requester, Imaging Exam Filler, and Imaging Exam Item) must be queried with three SQL clauses.
