After equimolar pooling of all 8 amplicons per sample, clonal amplification on beads was performed using reagents enabling sequencing in both forward (kit II) and reverse (kit III) directions (Roche/454 Life Sciences, Branford, CT).
To expose worms to controlled and homogeneous earth-strength magnetic fields we constructed a triple magnetic Merritt coil system (Merritt et al., 1983 ). (A ) Each system creates a magnetic field along the x (i), y (ii), and z (iii) directions and consists of four 1-m squares, each arranged orthogonal to the other two.
(iii) The direction of trait variation in response to light and nutrient availability does not differ between grasses and forbs or small- and tall-statured species, but the extent of trait variation differs between forbs and grasses due to their different resource-use strategies.
4. Priority recommendations: Unblocking the blockages Detailed recommendations are included in the body of the report and all recommendations are consolidated at the end of the report, together with time frames as: i) within Year 1 ii) within the MTSP period 2006-9 and iii) strategic directions for the long term.
The optimal result indicates that 5-TET could tip to Direction III by actuating only two struts.
The fitness curves are described in Figure 15, and the fitness functions are all convergent to 16. Code 10 is taken as the representative code of tipping in Direction III, and the tipping process is described in Figure 16.

The effects of the following parameters on the gust loading factor are investigated: (i) turbulence intensity of the approaching flow, (ii) wind direction, (iii) span-to-height ratio of the building, and (iv) location of the beam.

This project corresponds to three of the priority research subject fields identified during the national consultation Listening for Direction III on issues related to health services and policies [ 2]: the workforce and the workplace, change management to improve practices and health, and emerging technologies.
Lastly, we (iii) outline future directions and point to areas that still need development.
