"The industry will fight against any attempts to bring in drastic and unfair changes utilising the full range of options open, including legal means if appropriate," he said.
"When the time comes we will evaluate the market for 5,000-, 5,000-, and 15,000-squand-foot units, and we will be free to do that if appropriate," he said.
"We are looking at the bank's conduct and will bring this up with the bank if appropriate," she said.
"We will continue to seize and shut down websites that market pirated apps, and to pursue those responsible for criminal charges if appropriate," she said.
A PBS spokesperson, when asked if it considered WNET's actions appropriate, said, "WNET is in the best position to respond to this query," noting that member stations are autonomous.
