The lineage designated as cluster A5-16, because of one specific OTU A5-a-16 identified here, was clustered with another two clones, B51 and B58 (shared about 90% identity with clone A5-a-16) retrieved from the Pearl River Estuary (Dang et al. 2010; Jin et al. 2011).
