Like most modern butterfly hikes, our excursion involved catch-and-release identifying: we temporarily encapsulated the unharmed butterflies in specimen tubes, identified them and released them 10 or 15 minutes later.
The expressions 'dog or cat', 'apple or orange' and 'fork or spoon' all seem to be well-behaved with respect to counting and identifying; we can easily imagine a city ordinance forbidding homeowners to have more than four dogs or cats.
"Because the only thing that unites the artists is that they are female or female identifying, we end up we having all these different mediums of art that aren't usually put together in one exhibition," says Emmeline.
"We flew this area with two different kinds of aircraft," said Gene Robinson of Drone Pilot, Inc. "We used high-resolution cameras, and when we came across things we had no way of identifying, we sent in ground crews with GPS coordinates".
Although deid had a short list of around 25 medical eponyms to check names and words that were identified as potentially identifying we expanded this by including 600 more chosen from a list of over 6000 medical eponyms[ 25].
