"I will reply to your message" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It can be used in any situation where someone is planning to respond to a message they have received. For example, it could be used in an email or text message, or even in a handwritten note. Some examples include: - "Thank you for reaching out, I will reply to your message as soon as I can." - "I received your email and I will reply to your message by the end of the day." - "I will reply to your message tomorrow morning, as I am currently out of the office."
