By day 9 after admission (sample 96/2-10), the serum contained high titers of neutralizing antibodies against SPE-A, SPE-C, SPE-I, SSA, SMEZ-1, and SMEZ-2, and a moderate anti SPE-H titer.
I think SSA is probably left to us to get on with now … But … we need national support.
On day 3, patient 96/2 had neutralizing antibodies against SPE-A, SPE-C, SPE-I, and SSA but undetectable levels of protective antibodies against SMEZ-1, SMEZ-2, SPE-G, and SPE-H.
Some of these were also selected in STM1 (ssaI ssaH ssaR ssaT sifB) but not in STY2.
Lastly, the SParSE runtime per parameter sample is of the same order as that of the stochastic simulation algorithm (SSA), i.e., the algorithm complexity is independent of the number of unknown parameters for a given system.
While the prevalence of use of any form of tobacco products (smoked, SLTs, and dual use) in Madagascar was high, the overall prevalence was particularly high among males (28.5% smoking, 24.6% SLTs use, and 4.3% dual use) in a region of the world (i.e., SSA) noted for generally low tobacco use and the epidemic is yet to take off [ 1, 10].
Semi-structured interviews were held with important stakeholders of the SSA, i.e. decision makers (board and management; n = 5), implementers (management and staff; n = 5) and users (insurance physicians and labour experts; n = 17), and representatives of national temporary work agencies (n = 3).
For an overview of the steps of the new participatory RTW program and the stakeholders involved, see figure 2. All participants receive usual care by the insurance physician of the SSA, i.e. treatment/guidance according to Dutch guidelines for occupational health care.

There was little overall difference in the accuracy of gEBV estimated from SC2-SSAI and SC2-SSMi.
For trait 2 and trait 3, the accuracy of SC2-SSAI was 0.51 and 0.60, while for SC1 it was 0.39.
