I have a blog where I document it, and use it to get people to obsess over me more.
I document it all for them: not just the birthdays and the holidays, but the little moments that get lost unless you consciously try to immortalize them.
So, I just documented it, and again, I thought, "That's probably not that big of a demographic that I'm addressing".
RC: Yeah, although the way he wrote about the recording process, I don't know that I would have documented it like that or that I could.
On every peak I documented how long it took to go how far, vertical gain, aspect, snow conditions, wind and precipitation.
Not because I was massively excited about seeing any of these people; I'm just worried that if I were the last person to see them alive, and I failed to document it, I would have failed you, the reader.
