Three separate cases, (i) longitudinal conduction only through the fluid separating wall, (ii) longitudinal conduction only through the outer wall and (iii) longitudinal conduction through both fluid separating and outer walls, have been considered.
To analyze the leakage current (I R ) conduction mechanisms in reversely biased Schottky diode, Frenkel-Poole and Schottky emission models are considered [9, 11].
Temperature dependent Hall effect data show that (i) the conduction in these planar doped structures is thermally activated below 180 K, (ii) the free carriers sheet densities are near the metal insulator transition, and (iii) the low temperature mobility is controlled by ionized impurities scattering.
