That language is in the declaration, which said: "Women's rights are human rights" (Article 14 of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action).
Finally, the declaration also emphasises the importance of cultural diversity, pluralism, and respect for human dignity in matters of bioethics and human rights (article 12).
The UNCRPD views disability through the lens of human rights, Article 12 guarantees that persons with disabilities, "enjoy legal capacity on an equal basis with others in all aspects of life" (UNCRPD, Article 12 (2)) [ 13].
