'how i' is not a correct and usable part of a sentence in written English.
In spoken English, you can use 'how i' as the start of a sentence to draw attention, for example: "How i wish I could visit Paris!" In written English, however, this would not be appropriate and you should generally start sentences with capitalized words. A better way to write the example above would be: "I wish I could visit Paris!".
