With the samples of the unrelated individuals, we obtained similar finding in the present HapMap populations using a comprehensive housekeeping gene list of 6,909 genes derived from Zhu et al. [ 21] to partition genes into housekeeping (3,585 genes) and non-housekeeping (7,135 genes) categories.
