But if we had jettisoned all our tainted institutions historically, we'd have no institutions left.
And historically we'd say it's actually in very good shape.
There was no person, no business, no library, hospital, or park that had not stolen from us, be it psychically or historically, we'd concluded, and thus we were forever trying to regain what was ours.
"Historically we'd see majority of missing kids were being recruited in person and being sold in the real world, in hotels and at truck stops," Staca Shehan, executive director of case analysis at the NCMEC, told The Huffington Post.
"It used to be, historically, we'd see it in places that were more remote -- families looking to move away from cities, who were on well water -- we're now seeing this pop up in municipalities, in rich or poor or rural or in the city".
