For all data sets, the rates of incoherent scattering caused mainly by the protons were determined at high scattering angle, set as a constant and subtracted from the crude data.
Upon the growth of the ZnS shell, peak positions shift to higher scattering angle, toward the positions of the bulk ZnS zinc blende peaks.
