Similarly, in Smith and Baltes' [ 12] study, the high performing group seemed to have better levels of performance in other areas of life such as more years in education, better health, and better physical wellbeing, whereas the groups with uneven patterns seemed to showed mixed wellbeing scores such as average levels of wellbeing and low levels of education.
This shows a significant impact of marketing on overall business performance and when we begin to peel back the layers to see the difference in their actions we can see a clearly delineated path to improvement being laid out by the high performing group.
