"high-density cultivation" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It could refer to the practice of growing crops in a high-density environment, such as in greenhouses or hydroponic systems. For example, "The combination of high-density cultivation and advanced irrigation techniques has enabled farmers to dramatically increase their crop yields."
