The phrase "high time pressure" is correct and can be used in written English.
It refers to a situation where there is a lot of urgency and a sense of limited time to complete a task or achieve a goal. Examples: 1. We are under high time pressure to finish this project before the deadline. 2. The team is feeling the effects of high time pressure as they work to prepare for the competition. 3. Due to high time pressure, the meeting was cut short and some important decisions were not able to be discussed. 4. The students were facing high time pressure as they tried to complete their assignments before the end of the semester.
The results showed that hypothetical high time pressure and unsafe descriptive norm increased drivers' intentions to commit violations, respectively.
