The high number of NOE restrains, together with completeness of resonance assignments, allowed us to determine the structure of Q212P mutant with high resolution (Figure 2 and Table 1).
To do so, we use the commercial software ABBYY OCR ©, which simultaneously recognizes the textual parts and their spatial coordinates in the high resolution figure.
Using 3H-labelled riboprobes to provide high resolution (figure 2C), positive cells (defined as those with ≥4 signals) were counted in normal crypts in 1322T, Min and wild-type samples.
