Based on our research results especially on the volatile char interaction and catalytic tar reforming, an advanced biomass gasification technology integrated with catalytic hot gas cleaning has been developed to produce high quality clean fuel gas.
Data preprocessing was carried out to obtain high quality clean reads.
A total of 30.70 G high quality clean reads were obtained from cDNA libraries of the three samples.
A total of 237,850,130 high quality clean reads were generated and 250,359 transcripts were assembled with an average length of 1115 bp.
The sequence pre-processing stage (Additional file 1), which includes five quality control steps, processes Solexa 50 nt tags or raw reads into high quality clean reads.
After quality control and adapter trimming, a total 1 557 720 high quality clean reads was obtained (Additional file 1: Table S2).
After preprocessing and filtering high quality, clean reads were aligned against human genome using tophat2 and bowtie2 packages (http://ccb.jhu.edu/software/tophat/index.shtml) [ 25].
More than 23.7 Gb of high quality clean data were generated and each library contained a mean number of 52,660,075 reads.
After quality control and adaptor removal, we obtained 5328145, 4186380, 3524691 and 3992166 high quality clean reads from control, drought, cold and salt libraries, respectively (Additional file 1).
For each of the nine re-sequenced lupin cultivars, approximately 10 to 16 Gb of high quality clean sequencing data was obtained (Table 1), which represents 9-15X coferage of the lupin genome size at 1.1 Gb [ 38].
