Anderson et al. performed TERS imaging on arc-discharge and CVD-grown SWCNTs [84] and found a high localisation of the radial breathing mode (RBM) intensity in the arc-discharge SWCNTs, compared to the CVD-grown SWCNTs, which was attributed to the spatial variations in structure along the tubes.
