The phrase "here where" is not grammatically correct on its own. However, it can be used in a sentence as part of a longer phrase or clause. Here are some examples: - "Here, where the grass is always greener, is where I want to build my dream home." - "I don't want to live in a city anymore. I want to move to a place where I can really enjoy nature, here where the air is fresh and the sky is clear." - "I can't believe that I'm finally standing here, where it all started."
