The phrase "help in finalizing" is grammatically correct and can be used in written English.
It is commonly used to express assistance or support in completing or making a final decision on something. Example: "Thank you for your help in finalizing the project proposal. Your input was valuable in making it comprehensive and polished."
We also need international help in finalizing the boundary between Sudan and South Sudan.
