Today, face- and fingerprint-based authentication are included in Windows Hello, which is an important part of Windows 10.
A favourite yodel is: "Servus, Gruezi und Hallo" (Greetings, God bless you and hello), which is usually delivered by the German pop-folk singer Maria Helsig.
Its famous lines, such as "You complete me" and "You had me at hello" — which were mixed into the Bruce Springsteen single "Secret Garden" and played endlessly on the radio that winter — seemed destined, at the time, to enter into the pantheon of great movie phrases, but they never quite made it.
But over time, the app has been steadily improved, as has Evernote's contacts management app, Hello, which was introduced at the same time.
In a unique arrangement for a production of this kind, CBS aired the pilot, "The Vulcan Hello,"" which was then made available online, along with the second, "Battle at the Binary Stars".
He reverses the letters in Akram Ojjeh and gets "hello mark," which is close enough to "hello sucker" to make Kluckhorn suspicious.
And of course, there were shirts declaring, "Hello Brooklyn" — which is both a Jay-Z song and the Nets' marketing slogan.
The contest for Best Revival of a Musical is a smaller one, dominated by "Hello, Dolly!," which is sure to blow away its two competitors, "Falsettos" and "Miss Saigon".
The first installment, titled, "Hello Brooklyn" (which is also the team's slogan), introduces viewers "to an NBA franchise in search of a new identity" and to a borough "that also has been looking to redefine its own identity in the shadow of glitzy Manhattan," according to a press release.
