The height and periodicity of the wavelike shape of the surfaces can be monitored.
In order to evaluate the shrinkage factor of the 3D ZnO inverse structure with the six-cycle infiltration in the templating process, the structure height and periodicity in the in-plane direction of the template and the inverse structure shown in Fig. 6a were measured from the cross-sectional SEM images.
