The Pol III factors BDP1 and TFIIIC-110 and the Pol III subunit RPC155 did indeed show significant correlation between peak height and overlap with Pol III promoters (Additional file 4: Figure S3; see Methods for description of Pol III promoter regions).
Insm1 binding sites (±250 bp of the start and end of the binding site defined as the positions where the number of reads reached 50% of the peak height) that overlapped with the final SNP list were identified.
