The seasonal precipitation in these industrial cities is acidic which causes the dissolution of heavy metals of these lesions infiltrating them to groundwater, agricultural land that lead to bioaccumulation in food chain [1, 2, 3].
This technique improves the signal-to-noise ratio and thus image quality, especially in heavy patients, low-contrast lesions and areas deep in the body (El Fakhri et al., 2011).
The frequency of non-calcified pulmonary lesions in heavy smokers aged ⩾50 years is related to the sensitivity of the spiral CT: with the 16-slice CT, the lung cancer diagnostic rate is about 1% per year, but the probability of detecting benign lesions is 50 times higher (Veronesi et al, 2008, Table 1).

Almost identical lesions were observed in a second case that died concurrently in the same garden; similar lesions, although with heavy neutrophil infiltration, were seen in a third concurrent case at the same location.
