This granulation-healing correlation suggested that these variables could be used as surrogates.
The results of the granulation-healing correlation analysis in the postmarketing study in current medical practice were obtained from the data of 1,440 ulcers.
As Gaucher disease results in anemia, tendency to bleeding, and poor healing, a correlation between Gaucher disease and gingival disease was anticipated, but no such association was found.
In the present work, the L-ARRCO score was developed by combining the parameters reported in the literature [4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22] and tested on a group of patients treated for leg fractures to assess its correlation with healing time.

A correlation between impaired healing of the arthrodesis and smoking has been demonstrated in other studies [25, 26, 27]; there is also a relationship between delayed healing and revision surgery, [25] and with the amount of avascular subchondral bone at the subtalar joint [25].
A regression analysis was performed to determine the correlation between fracture healing and the calculated RUSH score.
The data showed that after 21 days of healing there was a clear correlation between stiffness and force at failure (control animals, n = 10, r2 = 0.66, p = 0.003).
In these subjects, a highly significant correlation between complete healing and >50% granulation at 2 weeks of treatment or >75% granulation at the end of treatment (EOT) (median, 5 weeks) was found (16).
