The evaluation targeted diverse categories of people, Trained Life Skills teachers, Peer leaders, and pupils of Community Schools, Staff of CYM, Heads of Community Schools, and District Education Board Secretaries (if available).
The board, an agency mandated by the City Charter, is made of 50 local residents, representing a cross-section of the community, from business leaders to heads of community organizations.
