According to Matt Christensen, global head of responsible investment for Paris- and London-based AXA Investment Managers, the fund is larger than most of its type, particularly among institutional investors.

Paying into a pension fund is a form of investment, but "lots of people do not pay nearly enough attention to what they are investing in", says Stephen Hine, head of responsible investment development at Eiris, an ethical investment analysis firm.
"To make the best risk-adjusted return decision, what I am doing is thinking more broadly and more holistically about things that a lot of investors don't traditionally think about," said Sandra Carlisle, head of responsible investment at Newton.
"NGOs are increasingly savvy in helping investors to see the materiality of water scarcity and climate change, and how that relates to their companies," said Abigail Herron, head of responsible investment engagement at Aviva Investors.
"Our priority is to reduce food waste while ensuring that, where there is a food surplus, we put it to the best possible use," said Louise Nicholls, head of responsible sourcing at M&S.
