For several days this week, President Trump had a new header photo on Twitter.
New users to the site will immediately start using the new format with the following changes being introduced for current users over the coming weeks: Profile photos will be larger and a header photo, which users can customise, will stretch across the top of a profile.
Here's a big version of the header photo; plain, but also refined.
You can upload your header photo, which appears above your Tweets, to express yourself instantly, anywhere.
If you don't upload a header photo by then, you (and everyone else) will only see a default grey image on your page.
In terms of the UI redesign, the new photostream has a justified format grid layout, complete with a header photo and a Timeline-style profile for users.
