In that capacity, he helps stakeholders of all types calibrate policies consistent with the Better Place approach to ending the corrosive effect of oil dependence on economy, environment and security.
He urged stakeholders to bring forward any gaps in the Law of the Child which need to be amended to ensure children's full right to protection.
Action: making equity a national cause, in collaboration with and involving from the beginning he wider stakeholder group, such as the other ministries, and civil society, NGOs, faith-based and private healthcare providers, media and parliamentarians.
"Our policy is the one we took to the election, the one that was set out in the budget, but he is... carefully consulting with our colleagues, and of course other interested parties and stakeholders," he said.
"It no longer includes all interested stakeholders," he said.
"We'll continue to support ResCap as long it supports interests of our stakeholders," he said.
"We are having ongoing conversations with all our stakeholders," he said.
"My job is to balance the sometimes competing needs of these different stakeholders," he said.
"I apologize from my heart to all our stakeholders," he said.
He also said stakeholders should decide who should lead Olympus and called for a shareholders meeting.
"We intend to meet all our obligations to all our stakeholders," he said.
