"having participate" is not correct grammar and is not usable in written English.
"Having" and "participate" are both verbs, and it is not correct to use them together in this way. Instead, you could use "having participated" which is the past participle form of the verb "participate" and can be used in the present perfect tense. Example: "She is feeling tired after having participated in the marathon yesterday."
