"have been summarised" is correct and usable in written English.
It is usually used in passive voice to show that the subject has been acted upon by someone or something. It can be used in situations where a summary of something has already been created by someone else. Example: The books have been summarised by the students for their English assignment. In this sentence, the passive verb phrase "have been summarised" indicates that the students have already created a summary of the books, and it is now available for use in their assignment.
