Full-genome phylogenetic analysis of the sequenced Bangladeshi H5N1 viruses was performed, and representative nucleotide (nt) sequences of H5N1 clades that have been recently circulating in Asia and Egypt were retrieved from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) Influenza Virus Sequence Database and the EpiFlu database of the Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data.
