∆soxR had the same viability compared to the parental strain at all RH levels.
Although ∆oxyR was shown to be important for the bacterial survival at an intermediate RH, this mutant was no longer important at low RH as this mutant had the same viability as the parental strain.
When the biological dynamical system is considered, it is commonly assumed that juvenile, adult, and aging populations have the same viability and economic benefits, which may ignore the differences of growth ability at different stages of its growth process.
Both wild-type and NFAT5−/− cells had the same viability and cell cycle profile in isotonic conditions (Fig. 1B, 1C and S3), indicating that lack of NFAT5 did not affect the expansion and proliferative capacity of T cells in the absence of hypertonic stress.

It was also noted that cells at 50 μg/mL of BCNU + 50 μg/mL GSH as well as at 25 μg/mL IFNQ + 25 μg/mL GSH had the same percentage viability at both 48 and 72 hours.
Currently in our laboratory, cell suspensions achieve more confluent primary cell cultures, in less time, with more cells and with less fibroblast contamination, although both techniques have the same cell viability and proliferative capacity and same electron microscopy characteristics (unpublished data).
First, PINK1 MUL1 and parkin MUL1 double null mutants show a high frequency of pupal lethality as compared with single mutants (data not shown), while double null mutants of PINK1 parkin have the same level of viability as single mutants (Clark et al., 2006; Park et al., 2006).
Our results however showed that although all samples had the same cell concentration, the OD750 values decreased with a decreasing viability of the culture.
