A recent study with five years of prospective data about the long-term impact of incident fractures on HRQOL supports these findings [ 30] The hip fracture group had stable values in all domains between two and seven years.
Seedlings subjected to the control treatment (no phenolics added) had stable TPC values up to day 20 after which the value increased slowly to day 30, indicating some synthesis of phenolic compounds within the plants.
These smaller datasets were run until all parameters had stable ESS values (>200).

However, a study of 23 patients undergoing hemodialysis who were receiving regular erythropoietin therapy and had stable hemoglobin values concluded that the ambient glucose concentration rather than RBC life span was the major determinant, as no correlation between RBC life span and A1C measured by either immunoassay or HPLC was shown (26).
