The RHSC initiative does not seek to develop new guidances; rather, it relies upon existing guidances already developed by international harmonization organizations, with ICH as the primary source.
It can also include potential harmonization of governance indicators sensitive to local needs and monitoring and evaluation instruments already developed by the World Bank, WHO, DFID and the Global Fund informed by tools and research developed by UNDP, U4 and other organizations specifically promoting good governance in pharmaceuticals.
