Fever is generally considered harmful by physicians and is treated with antipyretics as it may lead to febrile seizures, stupor, dehydration, increased breathing, discomfort, and tachycardia [ 52].
It could also be harmful for physicians who have only learned the UG technique to consider themselves sufficiently skilled to attempt an LM procedure in an emergency situation.
