In 1996 I bought my first hardware sampler, an Akai S-2000.
Prior reports employing different paradigms, thermal imaging hardware, sampling rate and analytical methodology, varied considerably regarding the latency and recovery of thermal imaging responses4,21,22,23,24,25.
