In a field marked by operatic personalities and civil wars, Ms. Min has been credited with keeping the drama at Us Weekly to a minimum, running a relatively calm and happy operation, and avoiding the battles with Mr. Wenner that have sunk many others under him.

He built a happy campaign operation that achieved all of its ambitious goals.
"I'm feeling alright and I'm happy that the operations, both the operations, were successful," she told Dr. Mav Manji, a critical care specialist at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
When they asked cosmetic surgeons about this rise in suicides, they didn't understand: "They were happy with their operations," they said; "She didn't show signs of depression".
"He is comfortable and the surgeons are happy with the operations".
"It's not like we are completely happy with overseas operations, but we are seeing accelerated growth earlier than we expected," he said.
Mr Bajander's wife said he looked "relaxed and happy" following the operation.
He was not happy that the operation was made public, and neither, he said, were his wife and four children.
"People are happy with the operation because the government gave them a deadline to leave and the people are saying that the Taliban really want to take over Tarbela Dam and Islamabad," said Yaqoub Khan, 42, a farmer who has made space in his house for 18 relatives who fled the fighting.
