Recall that these are precisely the bijections which prove that the set {m′ | M ⊨ m′ ∈ m } is countable; hence, they are bijections which, for one reason or another, M fails to properly appreciate (see section 2.3 for one way that this might happen; see sections 3-5 of Bays 2007a for more details and for other possibilities).
