In the developed world, obesity has become a disease of the poor, who eat chips and hamburgers while the wealthier sup on tofu and veggies, and hit the gym afterwards.
The Class A restaurant described down to its last charming eccentricity boasts pinball machines and a menu limited to hamburgers, while the recommended hotel lacks an elevator and has rooms that are not cleaned between guests.
