The aim of the current paper is to present the results of the DG SANCO-funded project projeconcerninging the development of European guidelines for training social and health care professionals in mental health promotion.
Reasons suggested for these high rates of certification include: low awareness of the guidelines, lack of training in sickness certification, experiencing conflict with patients and other stakeholders and GP's having a different understanding of their role compared with other stakeholders (e.g. compensation authorities) [ 15].
These offer a range of guidelines, training systems, games, and apps [2, 16 18].
The development of guidelines and training for health care workers to face future crises is imperative.
Meanwhile, in the United States, Trippel et al have highlighted the importance of orthopaedic specialist societies, such as the Clinical Trials Network, established in the United States by the Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America, which builds research infrastructure through the development of guidelines and training for investigators.
Developing user-friendly summaries of guidelines and training health care providers in applying them is important to improve recording behaviours and thereby enhance the uniformity and quality of patient records [cf. [ 22]].
It is also important that the messages emerging should be sustained and consistent throughout the health system, which will require harmonization of guidelines and training for health workers to work towards the same goals [ 50].
FAO has developed a two-pronged approach to address data scarcity by providing i) a complete methodological and technical assistance package with a set of Guidelines and training material on loss data collection and estimation, and ii) a loss imputation model to estimated losses in the absence of measured data.
By comparing the results obtained at the instance level shown in Tables 3 and 4, we noticed that some of the errors are produced due to the differences in the annotation guidelines of NER training sets and patent test sets (see "Patent corpora" section).
Therefore, development of guidelines for training will be necessary for the safe adoption of this technique by urologists in their clinical practice.
