The poet Percy Dovetonsils, disc jockey Wolfgang von Sauerbraten, magician Matzoh Hepplewhite and storyteller Auntie Gruesome are getting a retrospective at the Museum of the Moving Image - and so, too, are Ernie Kovacs, who portrayed these characters, and Edie Adams, his wife and frequent co-star, who appeared with him in several pioneering television series of the 1950s and 60s.
