The odds of having a more severe local adverse event was greater in the high dose than in the low dose groups (odds ratio (OR) = 6.8, 95% CI 1.7, 27.8, p = 0.008), and in the CPG groups compared to the non-CPG groups (OR = 23.6, 95% CI 2.9, 192.7, p = 0.003).
