All subjects from each region were grouped by age range: ≤5, ≤10, ≤20, ≤30, ≤40, ≤ 50, ≤60 and >60 years of age for epidemic analysis ("≤" indicated beginning with the older than the end point of last age range).

The differences are more distinct for other parameters if proteins are divided into groups by size range (see Table 4).
