In fact, the UDOH has already developed systems that follow grid principles, and we can leverage their existing "grid-friendly" practices.
Grids can be classified broadly as computational grids, whose primary function is to provide large scale distributed computing capability, or data grids whose principle function is to provide the ability to query and aggregate data from multiple, independent data sources.

Grid technology principles fit the structure and management philosophy of public health in general, and UDOH in particular.
The data exchange in the interface between the static and dynamic mesh domains was realized by the grid interface principles for the sliding mesh theory [ 11].
In this regard, a nuclear reactor providing electricity to the grid can in principle provide also electricity and/or heat to a desalination plant.
In principle, grid frequency response can be divided into four regulation stages in terms of different time scales: inertial response, primary frequency response, secondary frequency response and tertiary frequency response as illustrated in Fig. 1 [11].
Hybrid structure needs to solve the issue of dividing the protected zone of the power grid, including the principle and method of automatic zone-division, the selection of the main substation, the boundary processing technology of the adjacent protected zone and so on [27, 28].
It was also considered that, when we follow a series of design procedures, which uses modular elements (formal syntactic attributes) articulated on a generating principle (grid or skeleton), the better we solve the problem of obtaining within and between formal coherence.
