A test sample was then assigned to the condition which produced the greater correlation coefficient (or the smaller difference, in the case of only one voxel).
As shown in Figure 7, a total of 45 co-expressed genes showed greater correlation coefficient than 0.5 with at least one other genes, and were mainly classified into four major clusters.
