Our results are consistent with those of Wald et al, 9 who reported that, with a first trimester cut-off point for high risk of 1 in 30, the number of procedure-related euploid miscarriages was greater in contingent and sequential screening options than in the integrated test, and that contingent screening, but not sequential screening, was more cost effective than the integrated test.
